I just received my RAW from MHP (TDPRI member .11 gauge) and I must say, it has already found a permanent place on my #3 (small) pedalboard that I use for practice/play 90% of the time.

It produces the tone I have been missing in my OD pedal quest. Yes, I admit I'm an OD junkie. The RAW gives my tone that "something" which is quite different from my numerous (too many to count, & definitely don't have enough fingers & toes) other od pedals. It is not transparent in the sense of a Timmy, Thorpy Peacekeeper, etc. It does color the tone but in a good and subtle way.

Congratulations, I need to do some research on that one.

The Raw is my favorite of 11G's pedals. It is perfect.

What amp do you like it with?
I got mine out this morning. Yep, still sounds good. It gets bumped because I like to experiment with sounds by myself, and I like different eqs. But of the similar gain ODs I have, it cuts through great with other people playing. Nice grindy single coil sounds.

I think of it more as a preamp for my pickups. Whenever you need more "you", the RAW fits the bill. Everything gets fuller and more responsive.

I am currently running mine through a Torpedo CAB M+ with Fender Bassman 4x10, Fender Twin and Mesa Lonestar 4x10 VES IRs. I am having so much fun that I have yet to try it with my Quilter 101 Reverb, Fender Mustang III, Vox Night Train 15, and Marshall Origin 20. Those reports must come at a later time, unfortunately.
