Lupin? Who's watching it on Netflix?

Damn I might have to watch american and foreigner perception of this show.

It could even be the Amélie of french TV show.

 

Oh it is pretty awesome.

 

Imagine Sherlock Holmes as a thief (several steps ahead of his opposition, and several steps ahead of the opposition, every time), with an honor code. And shot in Paris, full of crooked cops and evil rich men. And with Ludivine Sagnier as his sort of ex wife.... What's not to like?

 

It is on my list.

 

I thought it was fun.

I can't look at the word "lupin" without thinking of Monty Python, but that's another thing entirely.

Great show, we love Omar Sy, what a great actor.

 

I'm enjoying it a lot during my morning rowing machine session. It.s clever with great production values and the time shifts are well done. Omar Sy is great

I watched the first episode on an iPad while working out, so I didn’t even notice the overdubbed English.

 

We’re enjoying it. Quite clever and lots of different angles to it.

 

I watched it through and found it silly but fun. Don’t look too hard for “Oh, no way that could happen!” and just enjoy it.

 

I'm glad it is dubbed. I find subtitles VERY distracting, to the point that I just won't watch a film or show with them.
