They beat us this year but they are the best team in college football
A great game. I’m happy, I’m tired, I’m waiting for the next season to start

Just wrapped up. My favorite part was the total 30 seconds the cheerleaders got.....

I think LSU modeled their game after Kansas Cities Game on Sunday. Hey let’s spot the other team a couple touchdowns and then pass them up badly and suck out their soles. Geaux Tigers.

I lost interest after Oregon lost their second game.

    My concerns are very parochial...

I put two wives and a son through LSU so I guess I should be happy over this. I am glad for coach Orgeron. Always good to see local folks do good for themselves. Congrats to Clemson for a good game. I can affirm they had folks around here worried for a while

I barely made it past halftime. Do they have to start these games at 8:30 PM EST on a Monday??!?

LSU is the best team in the country, but how convenient to play your bowl games in your second home stadium.

The best team definitely won. LSU exploited Klimpsen's weaknesses with precision.

I can hear the whoopin’ and hollerin’ from here. Those LSU fans know how to party.

I liked both teams; I didn’t know who I wanted to win until the game started. Then my Clemson side took over - after all I did see the Allman Brothers Band on Clemson campus in September of 71, and Trevor Lawrence looks just like my best friend did when we were in college. I’ve been joking him about it since last season; tell him he had a good game this week or something.

Great game and of course I’m glad to see two old south teams going at it.

    Hey!

It often takes me the full two hours, to get from the LSU campus to the Mercedes Superdome.

    :^)

This is the Day of the Year, where everyone claims to have attended LSU. The school is actually pretty decent - too bad more Louisiana folk never went. Sometimes it really shows.

You saw all you needed to see by the end of third quarter. When Klimpsen's middle linebacker was ejected, that was it.

Lots of coaches have come and gone from LSU, and many were "the best" loved at the time and one wondered, could anyone be loved more. But my goodness, do people ever love this gravel voiced man. I'm very happy for him, I guess, most of all and I wish him many more happy returns. Of all the LSU football coaches, that I can ever recall, this guy is the best fit and has the least ambition to go anywhere else.

My daughter is an Hebert Law School grad so I was happy at the result.

I don’t really have a favorite SEC team but I do enjoy the elite games when two ranked teams play.

A little mud off our face. LSU was the real thing this year.
