And Ohhhh! I just realized, I turned to Poster Extraodinaire! Wow! 5000 posts. Lol. I guess this a celebratory post!

So a few years ago, i had 6 guitars. Then sold a few and went down to 2 Telecasters, back up to 3 and added an Epiphone Sorrento.

Then sold it all to fund an ES-330. I was a bit broke as I bought it brand new with a mind numbing price. Lol. I couldnt afford a second guitar so its been my only guitar for a year and a half - liberating. I built my rig around it.

Then I was able to buy a 2nd guitar to pair with my 330, and have rotated quite a few guitars that didnt quite fit nicely, including an 2011 American Std Strat.

Now I think this 57 avri, is nicely completing my 330 in tone, feel and sound. Ive got it set up almost the same (string height, relief, etc) so it will be a breeze going back and forth, but the 330 is just a bit more comfortable due to the shorter scale. Both have 11-52’s.

I seriously love that you sold everything to go in on a ES-330. My MIK Casino has been my fav for over a decade now, and while I flirt with other guitars, it's her I really love. Even my Elitist can't keep up.

The Epi 295 is one I seriously covet. I don't believe I've ever been in the same room as one, but I want it still. I had an ES-135 for a while but sold it to my regret.

Anyway, the two you have are just perfect.

As you’ve noticed, ive had my fair share of MIK Epiphones.

They are truly good. I wont be surprised you like your MIK Casino over the elitist. My 295 above actually measures up and perfectly on par with my 330. It doesnt even have the finishing flaws of Gibson. Lol.

Its the MIK casino thats been elusive so far for me. I want a black one and once I find one I’m getting it for the collection.

That surf green Strat and blue Tele are to die for! I recently bought an American ‘50’s Strat neck that I think I’m going to save for a surf green build. I passed one up in the late ‘80’s that still haunts me.

Sweet 330 also!

Its VERY GOOD. Aim for 97-98 models. Those one are the ones that have the more correct body shape - although thinner in depth. And have the correct small f-holes.

I specifically hunted this for 4 years. But i had to let it go due to being exactly the same tone as my 330! I wouldve kept it but I needed a bit more variety

The daphne blue tele is nice!! The MIJ traditional 60’s are very much on par with AVRI models. It took me years to find an exact feeling MIJ 62 that can be the perfect back up to my AVRI 62.

I changed it 64 pickups though to have a bit of separation. Hahahaha
