it can take 2 guitar inputs at one time or one stereo in, and unlimited overdubs per track, and record 10 minute tracks for loops, I use mine with my synths to create atmospheres that I can jam over ( it does not come with a wall wart so you will have to sus one out.
but 9volt negative tip WW's are every where.)

I have ended up using my Boomerang's stereo ability for two separate tracks, usually bass and guitar. But it is beyond what the OP is looking for. The one you mentioned is a bit less expensive.

I use mine with my synths and took a stereo out from the effect sends, it works equally as well in mono mode and is not cost prohibative, so all round a win /win. its the 10 minute loops that sold me
