Cheap loopers are everywhere now, just buy the cheapest if that’s what you want. They are mostly Ditto copies. The smallest Ditto looper is less than 70€. Boss used to be the leader for loopers. The Boss RC-1 is a good option for a newbie, the RC-3 is more expensive and complicated but allows you to keep multiple recorded loops. Those good loopers can be found used for less.

A Digitech JamMan Solo XT would come in well under your budget too, and it, like the Boss, allows you to store multiple loops.

I have a Katana 100, and I like the EH (Electro Harmonix) Canyon.
It has a great looper, as well as delay, chorus, and reverb.
    It’s about $150, new.

Boss RC1 is a good basic no frills looper. Check it out.

This is out of mu budget, it cost 225 $ here. How about Electro-Harmonix 360 Nano Looper ?
