    Hi all ive been listening to some country and bluegrass trying to expand my listening music.

    After waching the blues brothers 2000 dvd last night they done a version of ghost riders in the sky.I just love the twang and sound of steve croppers guitar.

    Dose anyone know any bands which use the same kind of high twangy sound ie blugrass or country.

    this style of music is really new to me so any recommendations would be grate

    Nope...not close.

    Second: Get some Duane Eddy as previously suggested, also look for all of Nokie Edwards solo albums. You'd love it! (also look into the Ventures..They do a good Rawhide)


    Also, Mabye check out some Jerry Reed.
