I put Wolfetones in my mahogany Thinline Tstyle build and love them.

Have not tried the P90 but Zhangliqun is what CP Thornton uses for his P90 models, so I’m guessing they are pretty good.

I’ll also agree with the opinions that the Gibson’s are pretty dang good too.

If you want to hear my Tstyle, I’m in Mimico. Give me a pm if you’re interested.

    Cheers,
    Geoff

I've got a LP Jr double cut that was a snarling beast right out of the box. The only thing it needed to make it complete was a set of Schaller buttons (which I run on everything).

@Frodebro - same! They all get strap locks.

Dude, that is one great looking guitar! I love your take on the DC shape.

For the OP - I built a Strat with Wilkinson P90’s. She’s a monster, absolutely love it. Haven’t got a finished pic of it, and it’s in pieces atm as I’m redoing the whole finish job. But he’s a pic under construction.

    I like Gibson’s current P90s.

I am also a huge fan of Lollar Pickups and Jason’s P90s are killer.

I was looking for Leslie West for my son's Junior.
Lollar recommend his low wind P90 but I went with the hotter model.
I think he was right as cleaning it up was not as sweet as I wanted.
Not entirely dissatisfied but I should have listened.
I did get a set of Rewinds for s Les Paul and settling into them.
