    Wow.

There's a house down our road with an indoor gun range in the basement. Apparently that was a selling point for the current occupants.

Pittsburgh is still a bargain as far as houses are concerned. We bought our house in Pittsburgh for what my friends pay for cars back in Connecticut.

But yeah, that place on Ranier Drive is something. I'm not sure what, but its something.

I’m sorry to hurt the owner’s feelings, but looking at the pictures made me throw up a little bit in my mouth.

    Mid-century modern.

They just didn’t specify which century.

Okay, but my wife would still say it's too dark. The not supposed to talk about it here topic has all the kids here again. The boys outnumber the girls but the girls are dominating some remodel work. Not just the design aspects but the rate of getting it done.

The good and bad of our current vs old neighborhood is even if you get a big dumpster you get peer pressure to get it gone in a hurry. Surely that's tied to the prices and time on market too.

It makes me wonder what kind of people were living there. Seeing the house, they must have been a bit wacky.

    .

There is a market for Signature Guitars ... er Homes; but it's very shallow and buyers are a challenge to locate.
