On a personal level, here's one good (albeit EXTREMELY EXTREMELY minor) thing to come out of the pandemic. Ever since I was a teenager, I couldn't start my day unless I took a shower. For the life of me, I couldn't imagine how my friends and siblings--and later my wife and kids--could simply jump out of bed and start their days without first showering. It's not as if I got overly sweaty/stinky/oily. But I just needed that morning shower to function. But since I've been working from home, I find that I shower only once or twice a week. It's kind of liberating. One less crutch to lean on. Does anyone else have any examples of positive changes that came out of the pandemic--even if silly and superficial like mine?
