Congrats proud papa! I still say that was the best thing I ever experienced.

Congratulations! Enjoy every single moment. This is what life is really all about. That moment in time when you have the opportunity to give more than you take.
Congrats! The days both my daughters were born were definitely the best 2 days of my life.
I was 43 too when my son was born . . such a great event! When he began to breathe he made a bubble of blood and everything before his nose . . it was fascinating!
All the best to her mom too.
Congratulations! Kids are awesome.
Congratulations! We went through a similar 26 hrs. of labor with our first. A long day, indeed. Experience shows the second one comes around much easier.
What took you so long to start crying? I was losing it at the first sign of the head popping out.
Have you played the baby any music yet? I'm always curious what people choose as the first music their kids will hear. Pet Sounds for both of mine.
Congratulations. Glad to hear mother and daughter are doing well.
And, if we don't hear from you around these parts very often in the next while, we'll know why.

The nurses play music while they are in the nursery. I asked if they can turn it up for her and they asked what would she like to listen to. I told them that what was playing was fine which was an oldies station that had just played James Brown and at the moment was playing Marvin Gaye. I love motown music so I was happy.
