Made these ¾ guitars for my son Miles 6 my daughter Audrey 2 & my nephew Jack 1……hopefully one of them will get the addiction like I have to want & play….nothing special other than a cool paint job….hand cut the bodies from Poplar & handcut the neck with hard maple…standard sealed tuners, top load bridge & a Kent Armstrong pickup…although much better than any little Squire not anything like my full size guitars I make for the parts I usually use….enjoy

I think that's a fantastic idea. I hope at least one of them appreciates it. :D

Funky paintjobs. I'd like to see one next to a normal size guitar for comparison. You dig?

With those pointy headstocks, somebody's gonna put out an eye!

Seriously, that is a great job. I particularly like the third swirl the one with the red and black - Kind of looks like EVH took some acid. I bet kids will like the more neon colors but I think that "EVH" swirl probably appeals to a lot of adults.

I'd like to try a swirl but I'm chicken. Lots of tutorials on you tube. I have to put that on my to-do list (along with a paisley).

I'm interested to the answer to the previous question on what brand of paint you used, but would you also tell which colors (like, the manufacturer's color names/#) you chose for the red one?

    Nice work indeed!

Those are great! Well done! Swirl is cool. Especially the red one.

In some years the cousins can have the whole Iron Maiden (i.e. three guitars) thing going.
Are there any neighbor kids you interest in playing drums and bass? :)

Very cool! How did you put the truss rod in? I don't see a stripe in the back or a glued-on fretboard. I'm building a mini bass for my own kids and these look awesome!

It looks like the fretboards are glued on ,and there is headstock side access
