Hey y'all! Well, now retired, I've been building a home studio and searching for that perfect sound for the past 15 years. Many fine tube amps and numerous guitars later (currently 8.5 with my first build under construction) I'm still practicing and learning how to work on my own guitars. I saw the Beatles live in 1964 when I was 12 and started playing guitar at age 13. I graduated from the roller rink and sock hop circuit to touring and the nightclub scene, performing and traveling for many years. Tough, but rewarding and very fun road. Anyway, I have put together my favorite guitar and amp setup ever and get the sound I've worked so hard for. Fender Super Sonic 22 and Marshall Origin 50 Heads w/2x12 Celestion Vintage 30's and 2 GT12-75's, 2 very busy pedalboards (all FX have a reason). See Pics. I do a lot of research and since the Telecaster is my favorite and I'm building my first, I think this forum is a good choice.
