I have a Tacoma also. When I was dreaming up what to put on its plates I came up with TACOTRUK, but my wife argued that something like that belongs on a food vendor's van.

I used to have a Nissan 370Z. I think the plate is relatively self explanatory:

Sorry, I thought it was evident. Crossfire; you can see most of the name on the car above the license plate.

    “ KizMaz”
by claiming its their cats name or something....

My favorite one I've seen recently is IAMS8TN. Now that's creepy evil and funny. I think I posted the pic I took of it here. I also like one in our garage: DZRT1ST

I just edited out my rant on folks who reiterate their car make and year on their plate.

    The SR is Habu

The locals at Kadena stated that the SR looked like the pit viper called Habu. The name stuck

Trouble is, it’s never where you last saw it.

After the plate was bought, they can’t afford a nicer car.

I visited a hospital in West Virginia last year. As I was leaving, I noticed a man working on a grand piano in the lobby.

When I got outside, in the parking lot I saw a car that must have been his. The license plate said "PIANO2NR".

Not a vanity plate, but years ago I saw "KDF 666" on a VW Beetle.
