Ive own 2 early 60's Jags , and from what I see the modernday jags dont measure up to those Icons , I too am southpaw and one day I will get one as well ........someday!

Hey @bender66 FYI if you have a favorite dealer OR you aren’t always hanging around your front door…

Any CS dealer in the US can order and take delivery of your green machine. You still prepay but you can do it at the shop and the dealer enters a code. You still pay direct to Fender. But the code enables the dealer to make a commission. Price you pay stays the same. In return they’ll receive it safely and inspect and do basic setup.
And you don’t have to stay home worrying about UPS leaving it on your door. I’ve done this. The dealers don’t always know they can do this.
That commission also builds goodwill with your dealer.
