I always try to get as fuzzed out as possible on Oceans.
I seriously can't stop playing with the pedal, for solos it just sounds amazing. So far I've got it setup to be used for all I need is you and so good to me for the solo bits for Sunday
This just made my year. Haha
Every break after the chorus I play the melody of the "ohs". I do something similar during instrumental passes of the bridges to "Our Father" and "It Is Well"
I just keep looping through the arpeggiated chords with a huge reverb on
This is the board I made and my fairly cheap pedals. Hopefully I'll be replacing most of these with DIY pedals in the future, there's just something about having equipment that I made myself that I like.
Input (on the side of board) - Donner Tuner - Caline Pure Sky OD - Caline Orange Burst OD - Dunlop volume pedal (not a wah) - Nux Time Force delay - Joyo American Sound (we don't use amps on stage at our church) - Biyang Tri Reverb - Home Made A/B Switch (controls if I'm going direct out with XLR, mounted to the side of the board, using a DI box which is inside the board or 1/4" out to an amp, also mounted to the side of the board)
The silver box in the upper left is a Behringer personal monitor that I barely ever use, the black 1/4" in the second picture is for headphones if I'm using the monitor box.
How's the sub n up? Probably my next addition..
It'll be this
With these for me this weekend
Here's the link for this past weekend if you're interested in hearing it in action.

Absolutely love it! So versatile. Small footprint. Tracks well if you want it to, gets glitchy if you want it to. Great price! Truly satisfied
I replaced my Rat with the Pelitaur...I'm not sure how much use the Pelitaur is gonna see on Sunday mornings, but using it at home the past few days has been most enjoyable.
From this morning of my current Church rig.
Boogie .50 cal + head, Blackstar 1/12 cab loaded with a WGS Retro 30, Have a Boss CS 3 running in the front of the amp for clean sustain and ebow style infinite sustain, through the loop a Rocktron Deep Blue chorus, Boss DD7, and a Hardwire Supernatural verb + the amp channel switch, guitar this morning is Duncan loaded Modern player Tele.
Looks like this
Sounds like this no effects running here just amp and guitar
Guitar>Turbo Tuner>Skreddy HFD>Source Audio Kingmaker>Ethos ODS>DD20>Flint>Quilter Mini 101 Effects Loop.
Many Options here:
1: Can go full board into speaker cab of choice
2: Unplug from quilter and put that cable into DI box, switch ethos output to Speaker sim
3: weird board issues and no direct? Plug straight into Quilter then into speaker
4: Can run stereo out from DD20 - Flint and stereo out to board or 2 amps.
5: Direct only minimal could just pull Ethos off and have Clean/OD/Boost
Talk about options! Nice work
I sold off my Germanium Muff and bought a true bypass looper. It's a Loop Master brand with 5 loops and a tuner out. I'm currently borrowing my friend's Ego Comp.
Signal as follows:
Guitar>Ego Comp>Volume Pedal>Jetter Jet Drive>Barber Direct Drive Compact>OCD>Fatboost>looper in -
Loop 1: Empress Tremolo
Loop 2: Joyo American Sound (for direct in amp sim)
Loop 3: Way Huge Supa Puss
Loop 4: TC Alter Ego x4
Loop 5: Strymon blueSky
Looper out> Boss TU-2>amp
Am standard tele into a joyo sweet baby overdrive, into a boss blues driver, into a joyo analog delay, into a biyang tri reverb, into my fender super champ XD.
I've found that other than that I really don't need anything else on my board.
This is my latest setup. As the primary WL for my student ministry, I mostly play acoustic. But, I do enjoy playing electric when I get the chance.
Interesting that you have the looper in the middle of your board rather than the typical setup of having it in front. Any reason(s) why that is?
