EART E-335. $400 US. A truly superb instrument with stainless frets, compound radiused and bound neck, open-pore finish. I like it better with the pickguard removed.

Ibanez Artcore - there are about five different models that you can either pick up new or used in that price range.

My favorite - AS73 model

That translucent denim blue just calls my name.

I had the AS53 model in Tobacco color and it played great.

I would also suggest the Firefly hollow bodies as well as I have heard good things from those and the Grotes seem to also have a good following.

A lot of the suggestions here are semi-hollow, 335 type guitars. I think @johnny k wants a true hollowbody.

I don’t know anything about that Harley Benton, but consider a used Gretsch Electromatic 5420. I don’t own one (but do have a similar Gretsch semi hollow) but I’ve played them and they’re really good. Well liked over in the Gretsch forum.

@johnny k Don’t buy cheap. I have read your posts, and it seems that lately, you have seriously been into this rockabilly/psychobilly scene. (Reverend Horton Heat, et al).

So, either save up for a good Gretsch, as previously mentioned, or sell some shtuff off so you can get one you need/want.

What would you consider ? I am not going to spend more than 500 euros on it, so do any of you own one of these ?

I would be interested to know what they are like. And this is all because of BT's pic of his collection. And because i start to enjoy a bit of jazz.
Schecter, Jay Turser, and Ibanez used. That one you show looks nice. Guild has nice one new and used under 600 dollars. I own a Jay Turser.

Personally, my other archtops stay in the case these days because I love my Epiphone Casinos so much.

They are fully hollow, so with flatwounds they sound like pure jazz.

With roundwounds, they are great and unique rock guitars.

They are thin bodied so very comfortable to play.

I personally love the necks on mine. They close to perfect for me. They have a slightly narrow fretboard and and average C profile.

I have the Made In Korea version and the Japanese Elitist. I actually prefer the MIK, but the Elitist has grown on me as well. I currently have heavy flats on the Elitist and light rock strings on the MIK.

Save a bit more and buy a 70's Gretsch Clipper. I paid €1250 for mine and it's a seriously good guitar now that I've overhauled it - plays great and stays in tune just as well as any expensive axe I've ever played. These are a good bang for the buck because they're not that collectible yet, and since you've reputedly been into rockabilly lately, you'll need a Gretsch ANYWAY!
