Collings 360 LT with TV Jones T Armonds for that Billy Zoom sound. Killer guitar stem to stern, but I am selling it as I feel the heat from other purchases. The Collings neck is where the magic happens. I always had trouble cozying up to traditional 7.25" radius offsets, but have always loved Jags and Jazzmasters. Don't really want to sell it, but I have been alternating between hard rock with humbuckers and super clean strats, so it is not a daily player. I wish I could keep them all!

CIJ Jazzmaster. Pickups changed to Curtis Novak Vintage JM set. Running with 12-52 D’Addario flatwounds and stock bridge. Lightweight and beautiful. Sounds like a mid-60s JM, just as I like it.

On the bass side of the spectrum:
Two Squier VM Jaguars; a stock HB in CAR, and a P/J (now with an Audere 4-band Jazz Plate preamp) in Crimson Red Transparent. Stock pickups were brought to life with the Audere preamp.

It's an addiction. The 'Stang got a new bridge since this picture,
Toronado bridges are the best bent steel saddled bridges. Comfortable, remove work from setup, and look 1000% better than ugly, boxy hardtail strat bridges.
When I was 10, my guitar was a Squier strat. I didn't like it. Neck hurt my wrist, the pickups weren't humbuckers .... blah.
I'd started to think I wasn't going to be playing guitar.
Then my grandfather let me try his 70s mustang. So Comfortable. I could almost fret an F chord. And the pickups sounded way better than my strat.
I'd kill to have that guitar now. Nobody knows who had it when my grandfather passed away.
My best guitar (sounding, playing, ostensibly looking but eye of the beholder and all.. ) is my mim deluxe Toronado. It's got gibson 57 classic/classic plus instead of stock pickups. Better playing than most US fenders I've touched that cost less than $2k. Small offsets came later, to do other stuff.
I play my teles, but in every band before my current one, Toronado was my main guitar, tele for backup.
And the next 2 guitars on my list are a jag and a Japan tele junior (so a tele with duosonic neck....)

Well, if you’ve been to the Jazzmaster Owners’ Club thread you could have seen this already…
I’ve recently fitted it with a Mustang bridge (9.5” radius version from Hosco) just so I don’t have to wrestle with saddle adjustment screws. And I’ve got a GK-3 divided pickup temporarily installed, with plans for a more robust solution in the works…
