I love me some Les Pauls with P90s. They are glorious.

I'll post mine shall I? Then you post yours.
The rules are simple in this thread - must be Les Paul (all types) and with at least one P90 (all types)

    What have you got?

    This is my 'evil screamer'.

It's now got Lace Alumitone P90s which sound the same with way less buzz. The SD Vintage made on Gibson's old Kalamazoo winders were great sounding.

rze99 Love the R4. Always wanted one. But here's my P90s. Sorry about the one in the middle. She tried to hog the picture.

P90s were the original choice for the first LP ... IMO, they got it right the first time...

    .

P90s are a bar room brawl in a box. Humbuckers gave a lot of tone up to get noise reduction.
The only time you need noise reduction is when you are not playing -- so don't stop playing.

Here's my Single Cut style with P90s. My first P90 guitar was a Strat-Like-Object (my test mule).
I don't do Gibson headstocks anymore. Maybe someday they will redesign them to eliminate headstock breakage and I'll look into them again.

This video convinced me to get a Junior, and P90s. My Junior has a humbucker that splits so it does ok, but no P90 to show off.

They are an interesting mix. Certainly non-binary, as they say these days.

Should we show all our P 90s or just LesPauls rze9?

I believe that the humbucking pickup and getting rid of the trapeze bridge were improvements on "the first LP"...

I bought this bargain basement Epi LP Special a couple years ago just to try out P-90s. It’s a surprisingly good player and I understand the love for P90s now.

1986 reissue. I ****ing love this guitar. It's the epitome of rock and roll. The pickup is stock, whatever P90 Gibson was using at the time, but it rocks. I badly want a single cut sunburst Junior like Leslie West used in the old days. Someday I'll have one.

My 2014 Epiphone Les Paul '56 Pro. Not a great pic, and everything modified: new bone nut, new pickups (Lollar 50's wind neck, Wolfetone Meaner bridge), new Nashville bridge and Gotoh stop tailpiece, Switchcraft jack and switch, and CTS 500k pots with 50's wiring. Totally solid and sounds fantastic. I think that P-90's are the best pickups on the planet.
