Reminds me of my Mattie (RIP)😕

Aww, RIP, they could’ve been brothers! Was he a Mini American Shepherd (like Banjo) or a border collie?

Here’s a follow up to those with dogs (and they ARE all amazing!), how does your dog react to you playing/playing singing? When Banjo was a puppy (he’s only 2), we tried to condition him to my singing and playing acoustic (I do a lot of both in the house) and now he comes over to me, puts his head on my knee wagging his tail every time I start, cute right?

I don’t think so. I think he hates my singing and playing and knows that if he does that, I will stop and pet him 🤦‍♂️😆

My friend's dog (the golden retriever on page one with the pink scarf) used to walk out the room as soon as I picked up my guitar. She's gotten a little more comfortable now but she's still not a fan.

I once had a rehearsal with her present (just two acoustics, no loud noises) and she did very effectively manage to sabotage that by sitting in front of my friend with a toy in her mouth, wagging her tail and demanding pets, which she received of course. She can be very persuasive.
