    Lately I’ve become interested in country/western swing with killer guitar solos. I’ve started getting into Brent Mason, Jim Campilongo, Danny Gatton, and Paul Pigat. Who else should I listen to? Looking for recommendations on specific recordings (Vince Gill? Brad Paisley?).

    I don’t know if this counts as the same genre but I always find I if I’m listening to Gatton and Rich I have to throw in some Roy Buchanan for good measure.
    Roy’s sound may be a little different but seems like he uses a lot of the same techniques as the others mentioned
