Simply beautiful!
Guess I wasn’t too clear about the date….date of manufacture is, as you said, on the first line under the CS logo. I meant the COA had no date as the year the guitar was supposed to be made. The floor traveler does, however, says 67 is the base model. Sorry bout the confusion. That's strange there's no date on the C.O.A. I just looked at one, and it used to be the first line to fill in on the certificate right under the Fender logo.
I missed out on the last run of rosewoods Fender did, had one in my hands, actually, but the powers that be weren’t right at the time so I passed. Then this one popped up, wasn’t gonna miss out again.I’ve wanted a rosewood Tele since Let It Be was a new tune.
Maybe next year.
Really.
Congratulations, again!
A very light Les Paul8 lbs. 9oz. Heavy for a tele, more like a LP. No neck dive at all. Warm, darker sound than any Tele I’ve ever had. Nice fat neck, not Nocaster size, but big.
Nice! and it comes with matching throw pillows! Sweet! Here she is in all her rosewood beauty...LE CS. No year designation on the COA but has the late 60's-type, F stamped tuners....
