Two I always crank. Both by The Who. Substitute and Won't Get Fooled Again.

This has been my 'go-to' version of 'Won't Get Fooled Again' for a long while now - simply brilliant!
If the 'young people of today' want to know what 'classic rock' was all about (and why we're all f-king deaf), show them this. And turn it up!

Came on in shuffle on the drive in to work the other day. Just got to the mosh part when I arrived, sat in the parking lot for a minute to let Kerry and Co finish. Blasted from 0:01 though. All timer.

Classic. One of the best riffs of all time, and Lombardo is a beast.

Man, my ears are getting a battering today!

I simply play this (extremely loudly) and I'm magically transported back to the early 90's, when Toni Halliday was a goddess 🥴 (admittedly, a muddy one in this video...)

That’s a longtime favorite here - good taste
Thanks!
Johnny Winter has always fascinated me since first hearing him play ( and his look, voice) maybe 13 years old 1973 HS.

A buddy had a cassette, the one with Johnny holding a National ( don't know the title/ I think all acoustic).
A few years later, the hard rock Johnny Winter And stuff...

I did not really hear the first 1969 albums until College; Second Winter first, then 1st album years later. Go figure!
