I can relate...
Love cats...best pets.(along with a raven or crow)
nice to see catfriendly people...with catfriendly houses...they do get bored easiliy and wreck the place otherwise
raised a raven many yrs ago.it was a yungun with an airgun pellet in it and a broken wing....had it years..and had 2 cats...they got along great...and were a source of much hilarity...watching the 3 of them on a chair all grooming each other was a joy to behold and a memory that makes me sad and joyous as theyre all long gone
had several cats...including a wildcat hybrid with partial agoraphobia...wouldnt go outside unless you went with her...had to have her put to sleep when she went blind deaf and incontinent...it broke my heart...but she knew...no fuss at the vets...held poor Bogie and said my goodbyes...welling up a bit typing this
and dont mind admitting it..pets are family members too...and great little friends
We had a cabinet. Couldn't go near the thing without the cat having a fit.
i use the cupboard above the stove. However, I keep the flea treatment in the same cupboard as the container of treats, so the furballs don't know what to expect...
Kitty gets into the hooch??
I watch quite a few videos by this young English lady, she is an expert on falconry and keeps quite a few birds, one of which is 'Fable', the raven she's raised from a hatchling. It's a fascinating bird, and quite fun to watch.
Your Cat looks like it it about to Pounce on something!
ive seen that...it made me laugh..and cry at the same time...brought back a few memories..those things are cheeky things...an auntie came to visit...my dad hated her with a vengeance....told raven to scare her to death....cats ran and hid...raven hid behind sofa...as she sat down it jumped on top her head...she almost had heart failure...my dad whispered under his breath..."daft bird...do it properly next time"...raven looking up...as if to say "thats got to be worth some cat treats at least"...oh we did laugh...auntie didnt...she left and refused to come back untill we got rid of "that bloody bird"...ravens are much smarter than cats...and mine could talk...often picked things up easy...then it would wind the cats up with vocabulary...they thought it was us calling them....great memories
thanks for putting that vid up
What about the cat-binet?
Charlie has a drawer too. Complete with his home-grown.
We do not have a single drawer in our house that well organized.
I had a cat that loved cream cheese. If you opened the cream cheese when she was in the back yard, she'd be right there. Heck, she could be on the golf course in back of the yard and if you opened the cream cheese she was there. She had also learned the word "cream cheese." If you said the word, she'd be begging for it.
She was also a thief. She stole stuff for no reason. Like, she would steal blueberry muffins, which she did not like, and hide them in the bedroom. She was nuts. Also a calico. Most calicos I have known have been nuts, even for cats.
Spaceship landed,a creature peeks out.
Oh its just space cat helping with Laundry.
My daughter was up from L.A. late this summer. Her cat Jazzy, a Hollywood native, had been living with me for some time, guess she liked the simple Northwoods live. Anyway every time my daughter flies in she brings Jazzy treats and puts um in the drawer. Day or two after she leaves I open it to get something and there's these two plastic bags. So I send Ray this picture and ask if it's some kind of organic California catnip? Well it's organic Californian,
but it ain't catnip, was the answer.
No idea what it was worth but it burned in the fire anyway.
Oreo the studio cat loved to sleep in his mother's underwear drawer.

That out house is fantastic! Showed my wife and she loves it too. Nice work!
