    I remember when the “Talk Is Cheap” album came out, a scant three years or so after the (not bad but not great and severely unappreciated) Stones “Dirty Work” album. It was so far superior to Mick’s solo album in terms of groove and just outright rawk-n-roll...

    I had two thoughts:

    (1) This is the best “non-Rolling Stones” Rolling Stones album in years...

    and

    (2) This is going to goose Mick back into action, so they can put together a tour and a better album so this won’t be the last thing people remember about the Stones.
