Probably not what the OP intended, but it does involve Photoshop and my Tele (and me)

none of these guitars are mine, they're just ones I messed around with that were enhanced using Adobe® Photoshop® software. ;)

My jaw is on the floor, man. What's real there? I mean besides the color enhancement, are the shapes and designs really on that guitar? Beautiful my friend.

right?! that guitar might be the prettiest thing i've ever seen. i just got done building my dream tele... a reverse esquire hollowbody with crazy roundovers on a dark stained ash body. i love the thing... i made it to be the last guitar i'd ever want. then tvvoodoo built that thing and just ruined my life... cause i have to try that now!

you can see his step-by-step build and some non-edited photos of it here. like i said, it's a sexy piece of tele right there...

and thanks for the compliment on my statue of liberty tele haha

PhotoShop - just another tool in the shed

PhotoShop was the tool I used to design and make my marquetry templates.

    PhotoShop image:
Digital Photo posterized into 5 levels with each level (layer) pasted into a layer mask using a photo of the actual wood.

    Actual Guitar:

First guitar is a warmup for this one: a 7 layer of posterized levels for my Casino build.
