It’s two piece swamp ash, with a Mighty Mite neck, Bootstrap Palo Duro pickups and assorted brass hardware.

Weighs a ton, and sounds great!

That just looks fantastic. I'm really taken by the way the finish on the hardware gives the instrument a vintage look without need of relic'ing, (which I'm not a fan of). I don't mind, and even feel a bit proud, of nicks, scratches, worn finishes etc. as long as it represents the instruments life of usage rather than some dude's ability to master the art of sandpapering and artistic gouging.
What's that hardware finish called? It works great with the guitars natural finish. Now you just need to convince a tuner company to create a set in the same hardware finish. That would be perfection.

    Very very Nice!

I didn’t want to do a relic thing, but I wanted to build it like a vintage guitar that had been modified. The hardware is all just raw brass, I’m hoping it will develop a nice patina over the years.
