 The English is too good to be a Chinese scammer.

"Label created but not yet in the system" Which means anybody can create a USPS tracking number for cheap but doesn't mean anything is actually shipped.

I don't have a lot of trust these days in feedback on EBay or Amazon since it is quite easy to buy positive feedback for your products and negative feedback for your competitors. For example... https://www.buzzfeednews.com/amphtml/nicolenguyen/her-amazon-purchases-are-real-the-reviews-are-fake

Anyway, I've set my expectations really low for this purchase. If I get a GLarry level guitar for $18, I'll be pleasantly surprised. If I get a something that's unplayable by itself, it might be useful for a cigar box guitar build or two. And, if I get nothing, EBay and Paypal have great buyer protections.

True. Sometimes it's just some angry old guy that doesn't understand what's going on and just wants to be heard. Who knows.
I too will be OK with getting something, maybe the neck will be usable, maybe just the body, or maybe just the pickguard and pickups.
But whatever, the novelty of this is worth the $18 bucks.

I ordered a green Stratocaster and a white P Bass. What colors did everyone else order? I’m curious what colors were originally available.

That actually reminds me of a time when I was still a little kid. I had asked my grandma to buy me a bumper car I had seen in a catalogue, and when she told me it had been delivered at her home, I could not understand how the postman had managed the package.
When I got the bumper car under my eyes at last, surely I understood, and saying I was disappointed is quite an understatement...

For $20 it could be a wall hanger, slightly playable or even something to give to a kid to see if they are interested. Worst case it will be interesting to see how long it takes to get here given current health concerns.

For $17.99 you can join an exclusive club of elite gentlemen proven to be risk takers.
I can make no guarantees that you will receive anything substantial for your monetary expenditure, but you will have a story to tell one day, and that is priceless.

I got my "shipment confirmation" today. No change in the ETA.

Gee, only four negative feedbacks out of 190 sold!!!

Of course, those guys all say that nothing was shipped or delivered...

If I can get a $50 IRIN strat marked to $25, I can hope for a $17.99 Glarry.

I know they exist. The million dollar question is will we get 'em?

    I live dangerously.

Wuhan is not a port city, and is 600 miles from the coast.
There are 1.4 billion Chinese people, 60-80,000 had the virus. Probably won't affect
    What's your point?
    It's twenty bucks. BFD.

    It's a fun cheap/bordering on free NGD.

It's not so much to ask! I thought that the magic transformation was going to happen for me every time I bought another guitar or pedal for the 1st 2 years I got into guitars. It's been 7 years now and I'm still playing like a schmuck. A schmuck with a lot of guitars and pedals by the way. But still, nobody gets more pleasure from guitars than I do!

It's a gamble but it's not like I haven't spent $20 or so on slots or the like. At least with this I stand a huge chance of getting my money back if something goes wrong, unlike at a casino.
