Just bought an $17.99 Guitar

that sounds frustrating

so, you've gone to your "my page" and looked at "recent purchases" and see a $17.99 item, right?

there should be a couple of choices there - comment on sale, on descriotion or on delivery?

that's where I noted non-delivery and sent a brief note "to seller": saying it has not been delivered.

then a msg drops down saying ebay will ck w/ seller and ck back in a few days.

When I did that, I got a msg back, came back to my purchases and re-confirmed non-delivery and they informed me of refund processing.

if it's helpful, send pm and I'll try to make some screen caps if my words do not describe what you see on your screen.

Thanks deeve. I think I got it sorted. I went to Paypal & it routes you back to the proper resolution center at ebay, the one that couldn't be found by me by just poking around ebay.

got my refund today. whew!

 

Good news.
I went through the same situation after buying a faulty PC graphics card.
I returned it to the seller & it was returned to me undelivered!
Still got my eBay refund though.
