And Im on my way home with it on valentines day, I think my girlfriend might be pissed. (Anyone know how to hide one of these things?)

Its a Marshall avt412 (angled), so no greenbacks or other classic speaker, some custom voiced celestions for this specific model and its about as compact as a 4x12 can get. Got it for just £80, so figured I could give it a go and if I dont like it I can always flip it as is or part out the speakers at £20 a pop and keep the unloaded cab. Could make a good 2x12 with some modifications to the baffel.

I leave for work before she gets back from hers tonight so I might just hide her actual presents and leave this in the living room with a note on it saying "Happy Valentine's day!"

I chopped mine in half and made two separate 2x12s at 8ohms. Much more flexible and useful in all sorts of ways ....not least carrying up and down flights of stairs.

To be fair I did sit on it a lot carrying it down the pedestrian streets.

    Anyway a picture as promised

Makes my toaster sized amp look tiny and a lot louder.

For sure, it's a Marshall, it's big, it looks cool ... what's not to like for £80?
