IIUC Panama's amps are 5F1-inspired rather than 5E3, but their cabs have a good reputation so you could get the Joyo head and a Panama cab.

The "Y"'s are obviously a subliminal suggestion to the designer himself, "Why the 'Y's"?

    These guys want 410 euros.

I have also seen stores in Czech republic and Hungary carry them.
Stil I have not seen any photos of the internals but it doesn't look like the chassis will fit in a standard 5e3 cab.
I also assume the internals to be PCB cards like the JTA-05 (which you can see in another thread).

But if it's a 5E3 clone with the same quality as the JTA-05 is for the 5F1, then it's a sweet deal.

You can get a head built HERE for <$800 (tag board construction) or a kit for far less.

I got THE NAMM show unit. No circles around the knobs, dots, no serial number. Opened it up, cap on its side, “on the road repair” screws of different lengths etc.... just like a proto type

    Congrats .
Do you like how it sounds?
It's been a while and I still haven't seen any pics of what's inside.
perhaps you could take some gut shots? ;)

Yes I like it a lot. Running it into a 12” 67 Jensen in an open back cab. Here ( if it works) are some gunshots [IMG] notice the 2 different switches; one with solder on the unused tabs and the last pic (repair) cap laying down. Also notice the piggyback orange cap in the filtering section.[IMG][IMG].
    $ 319 US Shipped

I just been looking at this ova the last couple weeks n now they are on sale, here in Oz. Same retailer is doing the Joyo 1x12 cab with Jensen R12Q pretty cheap too. Wud be a nice combo. Very tempted.

I just got the Joyo Champ clone 5F1 n have been having fun with that.
Built a new baffle with a 10" Jensen.

You can get decent parts and a Hammond chassis for a bit more than $200 and put together a decent clone without a cabinet. If I wanted to build them to sell, I would use parts that would cost over a grand per amp.Too many people on the bandwagon to make any money.

Now,I understand the pm that came out of the blue...

If I wanted a nice 5E3, I'd get a kit from Mission Amps, Bruce nailed it...
