That just shows how far off my radar they are. I didn't know he ever left.

Must be a typo, should be The Red Hot Chili Peppers rejoin John Frusciante.

Dang, in my mind he left for the 2nd time like two years ago. Apparently he left in '09. Time flies.

I'm in a Chili's cover band right now. This is awesome!

They needed this to become interesting again.

They did a free concert in Daytona when I was on spring break. I was hanging out with a girl at a parking lot toga party and forgot to go.

Damn, I think my mind is on the same clock! Can't believe it's been 10 years. I got the first album after he left (the second time), but stopped paying attention after that. Of course, my first child was born in 2010, so that might have something to do with it too.

So a couple of decent albums on the horizon then. About time.

Yeah, I heard he's joining along with the other surviving (former) guitarists in the band all at once and this time around they're gonna cover a lot Skynard material.

Yay! The Frusciante RHCP albums were the best RHCP albums!

I got into RHCP just after Hillel died and Mother's Milk was coming out, so John is the Chili Pepper's guitarist as far as I am concerned. I confess I haven't listened to their last two albums with Josh, but I am excited to hear what comes around this time. The last two times he joined the band, they had a sort of renaissance.

Uplift Mofo Party Plan is still the most fun to listen to though.

I thought Josh Klinghoffer did a great job and he'll be missed.
