IMO getter flash is so variable that it's meaningless as a point of evaluation. If a tube tester doesn't see any shorted elements, stick 'em in an amp, bias, and enjoy.

Well, I think I will stick them in my Alamo Md. Birch A Paragon and see what they do. The OT in that is not original anyway.
The only other 6L6 amp I have is much too valuable to use as a test bed. Why did I even want these!?!?!???? Lol…
