    That's a Super Sonic 22, right? That's a nice compact, portable, versatile, good-sounding, and LOUD amp. I used to have one and liked it a lot. I actually have my eye on a used one that just popped up at a local shop. I want to try it with an eminence alessandro ga-sc64 speaker.

    There is nothing about that amp to complain about really. It is a sleeper classic.

    Nice amp! I used them in the past; 22w combo, 22w head, and 60w head. I ended up going all single channel amps.

    What are those caps on the buttons? Do they fix a problem or are they just cool? Where can I get some?

    They're supposed to be more comfortable but they're mainly aesthetic. Google "Footswitch Topper" and you'll find a bunch, plastic, alu, even steel. Available on Ebay, Reverb, Sweetwater, etc.

    Switch caps, or "barefoot buttons". They come anywhere from cheap plastic snap-ons (like mine) to machined aluminum with set screws. I ordered a bunch of them off a cheap direct-from-china website.

    I tend to use my amp as a backdrop though. No couch needed.
