My 1975 (birthyear) Mustang is getting hardtailed today. This Dynamo has got to go. Probobly one of the few things Leo ever got wrong
I love my hardtail plate! Funny enough, after a year I’m just now swapping back to a tremolo, I haven’t strung it up yet, but I hope I like it. Might have to go back to the hardtail plate if I don’t
Set up correctly, I love the tremolo on my Mustang.
The paint is very brittle and already delaminated
under the original plate
The fit is good will need to sand the pickguard a hair
Tiny little punk rock blowout

It's not a setup thing for me, it's where the cigar is placed. It is in the way of close picking/palm muting
Glad I could inspire you! It’s a fantastic piece (the plate)! I decided to make mine more traditional again after some time, no real reason besides wanting to tinker around.
