Yo man, enjoy your friday night, hope it covers a good (but reasonable ) amount of beer, guitar, &..... (leave it open to each's taste & imagination... )
Pita bread pizza taste great indeed!!!
it's my new recipe...bachelor pizza...
Pita bread... smear some "Pecks Paste" Anchovette spread on the bread,,, to taste..oh yeh,,,
spoon some Old El Paso hot salsa over that and spread... add some shredded Mozzerrella cheese.. some red/green capsicum strips, some black olives, some pepperoni sausage half moons, some italian dry herbs/pepper.. a bit more cheese...
put the overhead griller on... put a dinner plate under there to heat right up for a while..... slide the Pita on and grill it on the second shelf... until it looks black enough..... OH YEH THE PIZZA!!!!!... quick!!!... beep beep beep.. (smoke alarm)
consume with beverage of choice.. in front of Football.... *careful not to burn roof of mouth...
do I have a high 5 ?...
WHO can argue with that????
High 10 all the way
actually taking some bluelite camping tonight..no gig weekend
Light beer? What's the point? Always seemed like the beverage equivalent of elevator music to me.
LOL Who needs dairy when you can have 322 fluid ounces of freedom!
Labatt Blue is really a great, tasty, crisp beer.... Never sampled a better beer (& I have sampled many )
(Not to mention Labatt Blue's involvement in big canadian Blues Festivals)
mmmm is someone thirsty already??????????
I have a very tasty variation on that one, Garlic & Coriander Nan bread topped with Olive Tapenade (paste!). Bachelor living 10/10
Got a rack of Pork ribs all rubbed and waiting to jump on the grill this afternoon. I'm going to have a 3-4 hour wait......what to do?
Ahhh!! Some of Canada's Golden resources to the rescue.
Although I do love that Labaat's Blue bear in their commercials.
I don't know if I could go burnt Tapenade on it's own....
Voting upwards !
Since I work for Molson up here in the great white north I have to agree that "Golden" is a great choice!! However, if you're going to go head to head worth Labatt Blue, then Molson Canadian would be the choice!!
+1.........Rush, Hockey and Molson Canadian. A Friday night threesome!
I don't know... an omelette would go down good right about now.
Well I'm home and just put my Pork ribs on the grill.
Decided to imbibe American beverages while I wait for doneness.
Anticipation... lookin' good so far, Mr Bickford!
I see about four "Friday" threads at the Bad Dog right now... I think it's time to go home. Going bachelor style this weekend myself. Might turn out to be the best Father's Day yet
"Hey, look!! -- beer's on sale!! Agh...guess I don't need the eggs and milk that badly."
I like Sleeman cream ale.
