Hell, no. I'm sick of the same episode being re-edited and posted as new rather than a re-run. Go big or go home!

Nothing happens over and over. I’ll watch, but after recording it so I can fast forward past the constant recaps of the trivial over and over.

I gave this show a chance, but it kept yankin' my chain. For the previews for upcoming shows they made it look like they found something big. But nothing. I gave up many seasons ago.

I’d read about Oak Island when I was a kid.
Very intrigued when the show first aired.
I’ve watched a lot, and still check in from time to time via on demand.
You know, with a fast forward button.
It’s drug on long enough to have gotten boring.

Top things I love that annoy my wife
    1. Listen to Grateful Dead
    2. Noodle on my guitar while watching tv
    3. Watching Oak Island and saying “could it be!?” every five minutes.
This list is only a sample, a complete list would take up the entire internet.

I’m ready for the new season.

The history Channel has to be bankrolling bankrolling bankrolling this at this point. I don't care how much money the Lagina's have its going to take seriously deep pockets to do what they have been doing. But low and behold they will surely find another button or coin. It is obvious that people have been doing things on that Island for many years before the first attempt at finding something came to be, but I would think that whatever "MAY" have been there is either long been recovered or swallowed up by nature.

Ultimately, it's us, the viewers. History channel makes money off the viewership from cable/satelite companies and from the advertisers.

They've found the treasure. It's us! And it keeps on giving, season after season. I don't watch it.

Yup..I admit that I'm a sucker. Watching 52 minutes of a show for about 4 minutes of anything new...week after week after week. The really funny part is....I even watch re-runs....like something NEW is gonna happen !

My DVR just recorded all of Season 7. I'm actually thinking of putting it on.

They went from scraping up the cash to dig a few wells to using some huge, heavy machinery over the past couple of seasons. Someone is dumping a lot of money into it now.

I’m glad most seem to think like me. I watched maybe 2 seasons and then was like “I just watched 4 hours worth of tv to see them find a 150 year old Canadian penny.” “Ooo look, they found an old button.” Nah. Nobody could or would bury treasure where you’d have to remove the whole top layer of the island to get to it. The show is a fraud.

I'm hopelessly addicted to this show. Read some about Oak Island when I was a child, been curious ever since. Apparently it was a busy place back when. Someone went to an awfully lot of trouble to hide something there.

Meh. It was a story at one time...now it's just wanking.
