-5C/14F when I went for my walk around noon today.


Correction: I was lying in bed as daylight was coming on and realized I'd make a mistake with the Fahrenheit temperature. A degree of Celsius is 1.8 Fahrenheit degrees. So, 5 Celsius degrees are 9 Fahrenheit degrees (5 X 1.8 = 9). Subtract that 9 from 32 F and it's 23 Fahrenheit - not 14F.

 

It’s about 30 f here and supposed to drop a couple more. Coldest morning so far this year.

 

Well, it's-3C (26 F) here and snowing. Going to get quite a bit methinks...maybe 25cm(~10 inches)...time to break out the shovel.

 

Woke up about an hour ago shivering. 30 Fahrenheit outside and my natural gas service won't be reconnected until tomorrow. All my appliances are electric so I have gas service turned off from late March thru November. Saves me a little over a hundred bucks in service fees. I have electric heaters running and every room and it is 69 in the house but the walls feel cold.

Anyhow I threw on some fleece sweatpants, a t-shirt, and a hoodie. I'm fine now.

When it's cold outside it doesn't bother me too much. What I don't like about winter is when it goes two weeks without seeing any sunshine.

 

It’s 40 F here in NE Florida. In my 25 year old sweatshirt and enjoying a hot cup of cofefe.
Heading towards freezing temps tonight, a rarity in these parts.
All is well.

Forecast is high of 80 degrees today here in NW Los Angeles. That's the main reason I still live here.....

 

I went thru Cobar today, it was 29C at 8am and was forecast to hit 46C. Spoke to a truckie who was off to Bourke which was predicted to hit 48C! Not good weather for firefighters! Thankfully much cooler here in Broken Hill by the time I arrived

 

Currently at 10:00pm it's 35.6° C (96.08°F) with an expected overnight low of 23°C (73.4°F)

There was a night in Sydney a couple of years back where it was 38 or 39C at 9.30pm..

Was 30C the other morning at 4am..

 

44 and raining. It was in the 60s yesterday and humid.

I like cold weather and wish winter would get on with it

 

38 degrees here with high winds; got a good fire roaring in the stoves
Probably won't be out in the shop till after lunch~

 

16 and calm, car windows are frosted over, I'll have to hit the remote start 10 minutes before I leave work...no snow yet, though!

 

It's a frosty 31F (-1c) here in Georgia this morning. Glad I'm still working from home and won't be risking hitting icy patches on the road to the office.

 

It's currently 39 degrees here and breezy. Cold for the sub-tropically acclimated such as myself. Brrr...

 

A balmy 14 above here, I'm at work and shorts are strictly forbidden. Thankfully I'm done at 6:30am so I can get out of these jeans!

34 degrees here in my neck of the woods with about 2 inches of the white stuff.
