Hi all, first time builder here. I purchased a full kit from a reputable vendor. Looking at the fiber board, I'm wondering if 3 eyelets in middle are missing. If so, is this a full stop on project ? Can I simply twist\solder components at these 3 locations ? What would you do in this situation ?

    Thanks for any help\advice ...!

Yes, missing some eyelets there! I would contact the dealer and have them send out a new one. Maybe check over the rest of the kit parts make sure nothing else is missing.

Bummer to hit Murphy right out the gate with your new build. Hang in there!

I'd send that photo to the vendor and politely demand a replacement.

Dang, that's what I was afraid of - and I already hit them up for a broken 69 cent pilot lamp...!

Thanks you guys - I would never have attempted a build without the wonderful folks here !

Thanks, I appreciate that and will keep for future reference. The thing is I did not cheap-out on this kit and even though it's a small\inexpensive fix, I feel I shouldn't have to fix their mistake - I'm sure I'll have plenty of my own mistakes to fix through this project...!
