Is there lots of overlap with the euphoria and the blue note?

I have the euphoria and can't imagine a pedal sounding better at low gain and volume. But may buy the blue note in a few weeks, just very curious.

I don't use them the same way at all... to me the Euphoria is a highly transparent smooth OD that never really gets crunched up, and sounds great as an SRV type boost. The Blue Note is similarly not a high gain pedal, but it does offer some darker crunch and has a fatter overall tone. The one fault I have with the Euphoria is that there is just plain too much fartiness in the bass side of things, unless you roll back the bass knob almost all the way down. It isn't a nice bottom end addition, at least with my rig. The Blue Note has a lot more low end clarity and is overall nicer balanced IMHO. Both very smooth, but different character.

Do you think you could get them to sound very similar if you tried?

    Thanks

Oh man, I love, LOVE ZVEX!!! My "addiction" started with the Box of Rock, then added the Distortron, and just last week added the Mastotron fuzz...which is WOW!!! I'll prolly end there because all other zvex pedals are kinda kooky. But let me tell you, that Mastotron makes my Dunlop Mini-FuzzFace Germanium (red) sound thin and anemic

I struggled with this as well. I should point out I still love it.

One person calls fartiness I call fat. I love that the euphoria can fatten up. The bass knob maybe should have been labeled fatness. Wampler states start with the bass off and dial in what you want.

But, I mainly use single coils.

I own the Blue Note and love it,have not tried the Euphoria.
With that being said here is a Youtube that might help.
The Ecstasy and Euphoria being the same pedal.
