Is there a 6 ft. good quality right angle cable that will fit my Road Worn 50's Tele?

I need a short, good quality guitar cable for recording my Tele.

My first instinct is to get a right angle for the Tele, and a straight one for the amp/interface side, but as the input jack is recessed, I'm not sure how a right angle would fit correctly.

I do have several longer cable's already, but they are CONSTANTLY getting in the way :)

    Any ideas?

Planet waves do nice some short ones. I have a couple about 6’ long.

i also make them with neutrik plugs and never have issues with my standard fender socket with either.

+1 on the Planet Waves American Stage series. the right angle Neutric plug works fine in the Electrosocket jack on my tele. Pricey now as that plugs are from Europe but quiet and reliable. I use the 10 footers.

I also suggest the Planet Waves American Stage cable with the Neutrik jacks which I have used for years. I think that they start at 10 feet.

I think perhaps you mean it's cheap now, no? ;)

I've been getting really good service from Roland cables. price is good too. I switched up a couple years ago and haven't had a failure yet. I gig once a week, so not a LOT, but still, I'm happy with them

nope, they're up to $30 a piece now. The Neutrik plugs are from Lichtenstein, perhaps a victim of trade tariffs.

I use Electrosocket output jacks and George L's cables (to the pedalboard) with no issues. I do like the American Stage cables. My 'floor cable' (pedalboard to amp) is by Northeast Cable Company.

I know this isn't a std Tele cup, but the same thing works...

undo your jack socket and take out any spacers/washers to enable the socket to stick out past the bottom of the cup further.... then any L cable will fit..

you can pull it back through the control cavity on regular tele jacks...remove any washers and poke it back through and hold it while you do the nut up... electrosocket is threaded so it doesn't need any top nut...

Hmmm... You must be right about those (bone-headed) tariffs. The EU/USD conversion trend is otherwise pretty favorable for US-based buyers these days. Screen Shot 2020-03-27 at 10.36.50 AM.png
