Is my original Hermida Zendrive 2 worth as much as they are asking?

I was browsing original Hermida Zendrive 2s and was surprised people were asking between $620 and $750.

This is my favorite od ever because with the correct amp like a Fender Deluxe, this pedal can cop Robben's tone and SRV's Vibroverb tone pretty darn convincingly and regardless of hair pulling it's100% musical.

But wow, $700 is a lot.

That makes it tempting to sell because my little Katana has been my main squeeze for the last year. And I sold my Supersonic 22 Deluxe.

    What do you think?

I'll offer a used 32 key MIDI-Plus mini keyboard, a half dozen packs of D'Addario XL's from the late 90s, a box of used USB cables that may or may not work, a partially finished box of nacho flavored Cheez-It's (discontinued, collectible), and three unreleased recordings of Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young fighting in the dressing room of the Fillmore East.

    I also learned on CL.

I think that I paid around $250 for my original signed Zendrive pedal 6-8 years ago. I had trouble selling it for what I paid for it. I really wish now, that I kept that pedal.

I have a silver Zen Drive I use about once a month. I prefer the sound of my Tweed Deluxe at 12 0’clock.

    I retract my offer.

Totally up to you - if its not part of your signature sound or a drive you can do without (sounds like it is) then get the money and reinvest it in something you need. If you don't need anything, the drive probably won't lose value, and you can wait until a more opportune time.
