Normal for an old man to follow around a 13 year old? If you have to ask......
When I was 13 the adults followed me around to keep bigger kids from hurting me.
When I drove around downtown KCMO with Nebraska license plates the KC cops followed me around for the same reason, until I got back on the freeway and left the area.
