I've not heard or seen any buzz about the sequel as I did the original movie. It is easy to forget that it has been released to the theaters, like the Star Wars Solo movie.

I double checked to make sure that Deadpool 2 had in fact been released before I posted this thread.

I liked it about as much as the first one. A fun movie for sure. Not every joke lands, but there's so many anyways.

I agree that it was as funny as the first Deadpool, possibly even funnier. I enjoyed it a LOT.

I'd even go back to the theater to watch it again, and I never do that.

I thought it was terrific too. If you liked the first one you’ll like this one.

I haven’t heard a lot of buzz either, but we did see it a week or so ago. At least as good as the first one. There’s a lot going on throughout the movie; I’m sure I didn’t catch a lot of it. I’d see it again.

Saw it twice, I liked it a lot. Doesn’t feel too long or overwhelming.

Haven't seen it, but heard good things.

I'm planning to see Solo too... though I'm prepared to be disappointed.

Good to know. I am a fan of the first one. Unexpectedly, I liked it.

I found the movie and story pretty good but the fast paced smart ass comments were a bit annoying......I dislike people like that in real life!

Still will see the 2nd one.

I have very low expectations of Solo, so hoping that I might enjoy it purely for that reason :)

I saw it opening weekend. It was good-ish, I laughed aloud a few times.
I don't typically get hung up on the plots of comic book movies, but I struggled with this one. Seemed complicated or convoluted, haven't decided which. While the comedy endeared me to the first one, the wall to wall jokes felt forced in this one.

I saw Solo as well. I enjoyed some of the back story and fleshing out of characters it provided. As a whole it was underwhelming.

    .

DP2 is quite good. It's doing well with word of mouth and web-advertising so they have not resorted to the usual channels.

Underwhelming Solo is a good description for that one.

It was number 1 at the box office with almost 50 mill. so I’m sure it will do ok. As usual I’ll wait untill it’s on the television to watch it.

I thought it was worth the price of the ticket but not the laugh riot the first one was. Coming from me, that's high praise because I rarely see sequels gender more often than not, they're terrible.

I believe it was the biggest opening ever for a R-rated movie. How is that in any way a “bust”?

I liked it better than the first. Brilliant, funny movie!

I'm so bored of the whole Marvel thing. I never want to see another superhero film.

I haven't seen it yet but it's at 655 million worldwide so it's doing okay about 300 million ahead of solo.
