Is Anyone Else Reading John Connolly's Charlie Parker Series?

I'm up to #17.

It starts out as a typical detective novel, but has a bunch of supernatural stuff.

There is some kind of evil entity living in the ground that gets alluded to but is never actually seen or identified, and groups of worshipers get wiped out because the creature in the ground needs sacrifices.

His daughter was murdered, but somehow exists in some kind of state between life and beyond death and talks to him along with his new daughter who has serious psychic stuff going on.

It gets confusing as heck, but I have to finish the last 3.

Anyone else?

Both my wife and I have read all of them. The suprnatural is a huge part of them and his buddies Angel and Louis are two of the best anti heroes ever written.
