I've managed to lose one of the intonation screws off my MIM standard, and I can't figure out the size(diameter) and thread count to order new ones. They're the same size as the saddle height screws, but after a trip to OSH and Ace hardware I've come up empty. I took pictures of the saddles in case that helps. Any comments would be appreciated :).

Well, I "think" the saddle height screws are 4-40.

So, if the intonation screws are the same thread, just get pan head, Phillips screws in that size that are long enough.

I tried 4-40 at OSH and the treads were too coarse, so I'm thinking it might be 4-48?

Those threads are not Imperial. That bridge is made in Taiwan or Korea, by Ping, for Fender, and the threads are M3 as are the threads in the MIM Standard Strat saddles as well. Almost all the MIM Strats, with the exception of the Jimmie Vaughan I think. The rest of the Teles for MIM are a mixture. Some 6-32 and some M3, mostly.

Take one of the other intonation screws with you. Find a nut that screws neatly onto the threads, then find another screw of the right length that fits that nut.

If you have no luck, ebay has some MIM Standard Tele bridges with saddles and screws for under $20 bucks.
