Just because a Yeti hasn't seen me doesn't mean that I am not real .

That was some elegant bigfoot catwalk. Footprints are in one line.

Calling the desire for evidence "the materialist paradigm" doesn't change the fact that there's no solid evidence of Yeti's actually existing. If you want to accuse westerners of arrogance in doubting local people, fine, but local people haven't turned up any evidence of yetis either, just like native Americans lived in North America for centuries without turning up any evidence of bigfoot.

Stories of "wild men" are common in lots of cultures. That doesn't mean they're true. People who believe, say Celine Dion is great are common too. Stories about wild men allow societies to explore the boundary between nature and culture.

The "non materialist paradigm" seems to consist of "if people believe it it must be true." or am i missing something?

    Oh ye of little faith.

Just because no one has seen one doesn't mean they don't exist. If Noah can get every species of insect on the Ark, certainly there can be a Yeti that just hasn't been seen yet. Or as others have said, is smart enough to not be seen by humans.

Yeti's got it going on. Not quite sapien. Not quite...gorilla. But smarter than dolphins. And as we all know, dolphins are purty smart.

In eastern Australia they speak of the yowie. It has been reported sighted.

Australia. The Dragon is supposedly like Bigfoot, a "mythical" animal. Yet when people showed up 40,000 years ago there were Monitor lizards 6 foot at the shoulder, 25 feet long w tongues flicking in and out that looked like fire. Great floods were thought to be mythical, an article of religious faith. Now we know that they were quite real caused by comet/asteriod strikes that cause 100 ft + tsunamis and throw enough water into the atmosphere so that it rains for a long time, say "40 days and 40 nights".
Most alleged "myths" are based in fact. Its just that if people have 0 experience along those lines, they don t believe them.

My best friend from college now has his PHD in Anthropology. This is one of the actual castings from the 1967 Roger Patterson sighting and movie (next to my OOO16SGT for scale)…..

Dr. Tom uses the casting to teach students how to spot fake/unnatural foot prints. He can talk about the casting for hours. He jokes and then he gets serious. As much as people in his profession dig (everywhere) no bones have ever been found anywhere. Tom always says that no creature hides that well. It's impossible.

I sent these photos to Tom recently. Proof that there is a Bigfoot and that Bigfoot rocks.

Photos don't lie. Obviously the Anthropology community needs to work harder.

You would think by now that a Bigfoot carcass would have shown up somewhere if they were out there.

An ex bandmate of mine believes bigfeet/yedi/samsquanches are inter-dimensional, and that's why we don't find remains.

    Here's proof though

One does not usually find animal carcasses of any kind in a wild wood. They are scavanged and the bones scattered. Some animals even eat bones. A few days ago I heard a story about putting pigs in the desert to see if Illegal Aliens were dying there w no evidence other than missing person reports.A week later there was no trace of the pigs whatsoever.

Just look through a high powered telescope, you can see the detritus left behind by the astronauts... and yet conspiracy theories abound...

This nonsense, trying to tie in ludicrous unfound speclative sci-fi concepts w fringe scientific inquiry is a hugh disservice. Yeti ghosts are not piloting UFOs using Atlantian levitation tech.
