After a couple of months (my daughter gave me a gift card for Christmas) I finally made a decision on what to get next. There were a bunch of options including a couple of Gretsch's and an SG, but ultimately the Les Paul Muse won out. Since the gift card was from my daughter I wanted her to help pick it out. "Wanderlust Green" was her favourite and so it shall be mine.
It's an interesting animal from what I've seen. A heavily chambered body, a tad thinner than usual. Weight isn't a concern of mine but I suspect the chambered nature of it will give it a slightly different sound than usual. The coil taps sound good in the videos, as does the phase reversal.
I should have it in a couple of weeks. This is the first electric guitar I've bought myself for a little while.
