Incoming. Carr Rambler

[Blues Power]

After about a year of research for a boutique clean style blues amp, I finally pulled the trigger today.

Going to be about a 3 month wait.

Wanted lower to moderate wattage with no major break up

Had it narrowed down between it, the sportsman and the DRZ Lux.
Also in the mix was the mesa Fillmore 25.

I chose the rambler for the 14/28 setting. I figured gives me enough power for jams at 14 and gigs a full power.

Edit. I figure I can buy dirt and grit but I can buy a clean pedal.

Also liked that it's self biasing

Just a bit nervous about buying gear based on reviews and sound clips alone.

I was rocking a Rambler some years back.......2007, I think. Don't recall this one having switchable power levels........something new in the design? I seem to remember buying it as a 1x12 but shortly thereafter swapping it for a 2x10. Either way it was a fine amp!
