I've gotta go with Sven Hoek...though there are so many great ones in the first two seasons. Not sure what happened after that, but boy, did they start sucking hard.

I used to set my alarm so I wouldn't miss Ren & Stimpy. :)

"Space Madness" is a favorite classic episode!

Of course! I’ve watched and like Ren And Stimpy! As a child of the 90’s that’s what I grew up on
I sure miss all the great cartoons of the 90’s :(
They were so much better back then

They had some darkness but not too obscene, all the cartoons I’ve seen my nephew watch are either kid friendly and innocent or completely obscene stuff on YouTube that should not be recommended for children

The only episode I ever saw from front to back was one that was supplied by an early DAW maker in the 1990s for potential clients to edit and mix on. I edited that show front to back and mixed it. If you've ever done that sort of work you may understand that I really didn't see it, front to back. The work gets you so far down in the micro of individual dialog and sounds that it is entirely possible to miss the macro of the show.

Other than that I spot-checked the episodes my kids were watching.

    It's big. It's heavy. It's wood.

Sounds like a lot of doubleneck.

I never watched it...until I saw the "Log" commercial, which is inspired and wonderful.

A lot of the animation from that period was so far over the top it was the bottom. I just couldn't connect (and I love cartoons). It didn't help that I was working very hard thru the 90s and rarely had the TV on (eat, work, sleep. Lather, rinse and repeat). I missed out on some cool stuff...but YouTube makes it all better. o_O
